One the second day, the annual staff retreat started with welcome address by Fr. Werachai Sri Pramong in charge of the Catholic Retreat Centre in Sihanouk province, sharing objective of staff retreat by Mr. Rattana, executive director of Caritas Cambodia and opening remark by Fr. Totet. After that, there were presentations on achievement of each program by Caritas-Youth Development, Kanda-CD, Caritas Mondulkiri, Caritas Kompong Cham, Caritas Kompong Thom program and Caritas-CCAMH.

Moreover, to have fun all staffs went to the sea all together in the afternoon and join the cultural program in the evening.

Expression remarked by Bishop. Kike and the other six presentations by Caritas-Siem Reap Health, Caritas-Battambang, Takeo Eye Hospital, Caritas-Preah Vihea were on the third day in the morning and followed by sight-seeing and cultural program such as in day two.

One the fourth day, everyone met in the meeting hall again to understand deeply on dignity that Caritas Cambodia introduced in its mission on humanitarian work and development of the poor. Moreover, understanding on goal and future strategy, building team work was also the main objective on that day.

Finally, every staff went back to their own region on the next day.All in all, annual staff retreat is very meaningful to all. Caritas Staffs meet annually to share our work on helping the poor in Cambodia. Furthermore, we also take this occasion to relax and release stress from work.
