Training on Project Cycle Management

Ten staffs from youth development program and center for child and adult mental health and communication department attended a-two day training on Project Cycle Management at Caritas National office from 30-31 January, 2008. The training was conducted in responding to the need of the staffs who wish to further get knowledge on how to do a good project planning. Mr.Kim Rattana, deputy director of Caritas Cambodia was the trainer. A –2 day training mainly focus on 5 points, they are identification, Design, Implementation, Evaluation and Lesson Learn.

During the first day training, trainees were also assigned to go to the field to do a presentation on Capacity Assessment of the community they went to. Seeing the importance, all approved to hold another training to complete the course in the upcoming weeks.
