Delegates from Caritas Germany were on a six day visit from 28 of November to 3 December to visit Caritas Cambodia’s programs in Kandal, Siem Reap, Battambang province and Phnom Penh. Mr. Kim Rattana, Executive Director and staffs of Caritas Cambodia welcomed the delegates and proceeded with their field visit to six programs.
