Caritas Germany Delegates Visits Caritas Cambodia’s Programs

Delegates from Caritas Germany were on a six day visit from 28 of November to 3 December to visit Caritas Cambodia’s programs in Kandal, Siem Reap, Battambang province and Phnom Penh.
